Ive been using this bag for about 3 weeks now, originally I got it to carry around my laptop for college and maybe some accessories but quickly realized it isn't built to carry much. My laptop is maybe 2 kilos if even and I noticed the first day I was carrying it I kept hearing popping and some of the seams were loosening where the straps are connected. Because of that I just switched to my tote bag and use this to carry around some personal everyday belongings to places when I'm not going to class. Despite these flaws however I love this bag, the design looks amazing and it fits my style perfectly. I feel like I'm always somehow finding new quirks and features with it. The ability to customize the straps in any way you like is so sick, I use it like a satchel for everyday things but can change it to be a backpack if I'm going on a hike or something. The only things I would change if a newer model were to come out would to be reinforcing the connection point of the strap loops to the bag, as that seems to be its biggest weakness.
