REFUND POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To ensure a seamless return process, all requests must be submitted and confirmed via email at cs@sealson.co prior to shipping. Please follow the policies below carefully; failure to do so may result in the automatic cancellation of your application and our inability to process your refund.

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 5 days of the shipment status being marked as "delivered."

Shipping Deadline: Approved returns must be dispatched within 5 days of approval using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges: Due to backend system limitations, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Item Condition: Returned products must be unworn, in original "new" condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Shipping Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Restocking Fee: A $15 restocking fee applies to returned products valued over $200.

Customized Items: Custom-made products are final sale and ineligible for return or refund.

Customs Duties: SEALSON is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on returned goods. Please clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid unnecessary charges.

Account Review: We reserve the right to block future orders if a high frequency of returns is associated with your account.
REFUNDS

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), a refund for the product value will be issued.

Timeline: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable.

Failed Deliveries: Refunds are not available for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect address information or refusal of the package.

DDP Orders (U.S.): For U.S. orders placed after Jan 7, 2026, the pre-paid duties collected at checkout are non-refundable once the item has cleared customs.
NON-REFUNDABLE / SALE ITEMS

Sale Items: Products purchased during sale periods or at a discounted price are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-10 business days.
