SHIPPING SERVICE

We offer worldwide shipping via International Priority Express. Our primary carrier is FedEx Express; however, to ensure the most efficient customs clearance and minimize processing times, we may utilize alternate services such as DHL Express or EMS depending on your specific region and local regulations.

  • Duties & Taxes (International & U.S. Orders): All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Please note that the product prices and shipping fees displayed at checkout do not include import duties, taxes, or VAT.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for all local sales taxes, import duties, and customs fees incurred upon the arrival of the package in the destination country. For U.S. customers, please be aware that as of 2026, customs regulations have tightened, and most imports will be subject to duties regardless of the order value.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours from our Headquarters in Taipei, Taiwan (Monday–Friday) once payment is confirmed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or National Holidays.

  • Address Accuracy: Once an order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be altered.

  • Tracking: Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email for your reference.

  • Failed Deliveries: Should a package be returned to SEALSON HQ in Taipei due to a failed delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided, failure to collect, or refusal to pay import duties), the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges. Refunds are not available for failed deliveries or packages refused due to customs charges.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: SEALSON is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once the tracking status is marked as "Delivered."
