TECHNOFORCE™ STEEL IZ100 is a lightweight technical fabric engineered for exceptional tear resistance and durability. Built from 100% UHMWPE fibers, it delivers outstanding strength in an ultralight construction while maintaining strong abrasion resistance for everyday use. The fabric provides light water resistance, making it well-suited for urban use and light outdoor activities. With continued use, the material develops pronounced fading, giving each piece a unique, worn-in character.

Developed by Challenge Outdoor, ECOPAK™ is a durable, waterproof fabric made from 100% recycled polyester. Each yard repurposes approximately 20 plastic bottles into high-performance textiles. With over 35 years of expertise in weaving and lamination, ECOPAK™ offers superior durability, low moisture absorption, and excellent UV and color retention, built to perform in demanding conditions.

Developed by Challenge Outdoor, UHMWPE fibers are among the lightest and strongest commercially available. Produced through a gel-spun process, the fibers feature highly aligned molecular structures that deliver exceptional strength and durability.

UltraWeave™ is constructed with a blend of UHMWPE fibers, balancing strength, flexibility, and durability. It offers excellent abrasion resistance and reliable water resistance. To maintain long-term performance, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.

UltraStretch™ is a 4-way stretch mesh designed for flexibility and long-term performance.

Selected products feature a 70×200D twill nylon lining, offering enhanced durability and a refined texture compared to standard backpack linings. A PU2 coating improves long-term performance by reducing edge wear, while the twill weave delivers both strength and a clean, elevated finish.

Borsa salt-shrink nylon is a lightweight 210D fabric with a naturally wrinkled texture, achieved through a salt-shrinking process. Despite being nylon, Taslan-processed yarns give it a soft, cotton-like touch with a more natural, canvas-inspired feel.

A C0 water-repellent finish provides light protection for everyday use, while subtle variations in texture and color enhance its unique character.
