WARRANT & REPAIR
Warranty & Repair
We provide a one-year warranty for all products.
During the warranty period, defects or damage under normal use are eligible for free repair, subject to evaluation. If repair is not possible, we may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the case.
For out-of-warranty repairs, customers are responsible for both outbound and return international shipping costs. Repair fees will be assessed individually.
To request a repair, please contact us at cs@sealson.co with proof of purchase and clear photos of the damaged area.
Repair time is approximately 14 business days, depending on repair complexity and excluding shipping time.
Fabric Delamination Support
Waterproof laminated fabrics may naturally show signs of wear over time due to regular use and environmental exposure.
If delamination occurs within the warranty period under normal use, we will assess the condition and provide repair or replacement depending on the severity.
For cases outside the warranty period, we will continue to evaluate and offer support where possible.
As with most technical materials, product lifespan may vary based on usage frequency and care.
