SHIPPING SERVICE

We offer worldwide shipping to all countries with International Priority Express Shipping. We are using FedEx Express as the default shipping service, but due to varying policies and customs regulations across countries, we will provide alternate shipping services (EMS Express & DHL Express) in certain regions to minimize the processing time of the package. You will be responsible for local taxes & duties in your country when it occurs.

The shipment will be dispatched within 3 days once the order & payment are confirmed by us. Upon confirmation, the shipping address cannot be altered. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for reference by email.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours from our Headquarters in Taipei (Monday-Friday). Weekend & National Holiday deliveries are not available. 

Should the customer fail to collect the package and result in a failed delivery, the item will be returned to Sealson Co., Ltd.'s HQ in Taipei, Taiwan. Redelivery charges will fall on the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are not available for failed deliveries.

NOTE : WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered.

 

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that before you return merchandise, a return application must be applied and confirmed by us via email at info@sealson.co. Please follow the return/exchange policies below carefully otherwise your application will be canceled automatically, and we will not be able to process the refund on your order.

  1. Returns are accepted within 5 days of the shipment status showing as “delivered.”
  2. Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval using a trackable shipping service. 
  3. Due to our backend system, we do not accept exchanges for any orders—only returns.
  4. Returned items must be unworn, in new condition, and have the original tag attached.
  5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  7. Products over $200 are subject to a $15 restocking fee. 
  8. Customized items are not eligible for return or refund. 
  9. We are not responsible for customs duties on returned products, Please clearly mark the goods as "RETURN".
  10. If we notice multiple pack returns from you, we may block your future orders.

REFUNDS

1. Once we receive the returned item(s), you will be refunded the full amount of 2. the returned product(s).
3. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, we do not refund the original shipping cost.

Refunds are not available for failed deliveries.
